Senior Associate - Talent Development

Role & responsibilities

This is an exciting role and would entails you to-

• Develop engaging e-learning content.
• Interacting with clients and consulting.
• Identifying and creating engaging content.
• Identifying needs and gaps in the curriculum and suggesting solutions.
• Create/update/maintain e-learning courses using software.
• Work with the project team to design and develop e-learning platforms.
• Upload and test e-learning content into the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage deployment of training content.
• Design and create reports appropriate for different groups of stakeholders.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met.

E-learning platform background & Animation / Designing / video editing / Content dev / presentation experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in related field and/or 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced skill with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Advanced skill in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Be a detail-oriented, high-energy, proactive self-starter.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision to set priorities and demonstrate excellent project leadership and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational/planning, project management and multi-tasking skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate in a clear and concise way.
• Have solid understanding of corporate etiquette and ask questions when in doubt.
• Must provide samples of project work.
