We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive specializing in lead generation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth through innovative strategies, market research, and relationship management. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing client interactions, and contributing to the companys overall sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to attract and qualify leads.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects and tailor outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain lead databases using different tools such as Linkedin.
• Engage with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and calls to convert them into qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to prepare potential leads for the sales funnel.
• Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on outreach activities, responses, and conversion metrics.
• Utilize advanced email marketing platforms to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years in lead generation, inside sales, or business development roles.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in email marketing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
