Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client needs and preferences, address any concerns or issues promptly, and proactively identify opportunities for up selling or cross-selling.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress against targets. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Product Knowledge and Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Keep abreast of changes in product offerings and features, and effectively communicate value propositions to clients and prospects.
Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales management and business development, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
