Key skills for the job
- Have a deep understanding of the key metrics, insights, paid media and analytics across different social media and content platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, other social media networks, content platforms, mobile apps, blogs, etc. ) and be comfortable with social media and web analytics tools.
- Demonstrate experience using data and KPI metrics to monitor performance of organic content along with measuring paid campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to increase marketing ROI.
- Strong sense of analytical and quantitative skills.
- The role involves a lot of market research, analysis of hard data and using metrics to back up intuition along with being able to assess the efficacy of marketing plans.
- Plan, delegate, review & priortise work in a multiproject & multitasking environment.
- We are looking for someone who can deliver on media strategy, planning, buying and execution across online media platforms (Meta, YouTube, Google, LinkedIn etc. ) with a deep understanding of Media Agency ecosystem.
- Willingness to work with multiple client/internal teams simultaneously and demonstrated ability to manage junior resources as well to cater to campaigns across multiple geographies.
- Understand the levers of content creation and performance to analyse social media performance & audience data and make recommendations based on the analysis to support content decisions.
- Having an acute sense of ways of working with creators and influencers.
- Ability to handle large media budgets to best optimize engagement-based branded content campaigns and pivot if necessary basis data backed decisions.
- Reach out to new platforms on social media as well as measurement partners to understand the ever evolving media landscape.
- A robust understanding of all platform-based digital advertising is required.
- Run ad-hoc reports pulling performance data, drawing practical conclusions and recommendations by executing deep & complex quantitative analysis over the campaigns' data and turn them into insights.
- Track content consumption, platform evolution and new digital media trends across the globe turning them into impact/actions for teams.
- Knowledge of and interest in the latest developments in the content and tech world is a must.
