Operations Management:
Oversee daily plant operations, including production, quality control, supply chain, and maintenance, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability and adherence to financial goals.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, driving a strong safety culture within the plant.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and executive leadership, to address operational challenges and opportunities.
Performance Monitoring:
Establish and track KPIs to measure operational efficiency, employee performance, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Crisis Management:
Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Sustainability Initiatives:
Promote sustainable practices within plant operations to minimize environmental impact and align with corporate sustainability goals.
