Deputy Manager (Sales and Marketing)

The Deputy Manager of Marketing and Sales is responsible for overseeing and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive company growth. This individual will support senior management in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns, managing sales teams, and enhancing customer engagement. With a decade of experience, the Deputy Manager will possess strong leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer behaviors.

Location : Greater Noida (Surajpur)

Key Responsibilities:

SALES AND MARKETING, INJECTION MOULDING COMPONENTS, PLASTIC COMPONENTS AND TOOL ROOM BUSINESS.

• Strategic Planning & Execution:
  
• Collaborate with senior management to develop marketing and sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.) to boost brand awareness and sales performance.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to adjust strategies.

• Sales Leadership:
  
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales executives to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
• Drive sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly/quarterly goals.
• Oversee client relationship management and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

• Market Research & Analysis:
  
• Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Evaluate sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
• Provide recommendations based on market analysis to refine marketing and sales approaches.

• Brand Management & Promotion:
  
• Manage and promote the companys brand image through consistent and targeted marketing activities.
• Ensure that marketing materials (brochures, websites, social media, etc.) align with the companys values and vision.
• Coordinate with internal teams (product, creative, digital) to deliver marketing collateral.

• Budget Management:
  
• Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are executed within allocated resources.
• Analyze ROI on marketing initiatives and adjust campaigns as necessary to optimize performance.

• Reporting & Documentation:
  
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, marketing activities, and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, marketing metrics, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

• Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and sales.

• Skills:

• Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of market analysis, customer segmentation, and sales forecasting.
