General Manager - RCM

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to oversee our Accounts Receivable (AR) operations in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle management, with a strong focus on optimizing AR processes, improving cash flow, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a team, foster a culture of efficiency and accountability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize Accounts Receivable operations in alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the AR team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day AR operations, including billing, collections, payment posting, and reconciliation.
• Implement best practices to streamline processes, reduce AR days, and improve cash flow.
• Monitor key AR metrics and financial performance indicators.
• Prepare and present regular reports on AR performance, trends, and outcomes to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.) and industry standards.
• Mitigate financial risks related to billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Clinical teams) to resolve AR issues and optimize revenue cycle processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as payers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Recruit, train, and mentor AR staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure team productivity and effectiveness.
• Evaluate and implement AR software solutions and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare revenue cycle management technology.

Job Specification:

• Any graduation with no backlogs is mandate.
• Proven experience (14+ years) in healthcare Accounts Receivable management, with a deep understanding of revenue cycle processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare billing systems, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
