- Total Experience of 18 years & above in Revenue Cycle Management
- Minimum 15 years in a leadership role
- Minimum 15 years in a AR follow up & Denials
- Strong background in RCM Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS applications

• Exp in Hospital Billing
• Ability to train and conduct workshops
• Lead the planning and implementation of the project. Define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Provide direction and support to the team
• Generate business impacts through process improvements.
• Consistently improving financial results, operational effectiveness and meeting set goals and objectives.
• Manage portfolio of improvement projects for the vertical Lead the capability building of the Operations team
