"We are actively seeking an Director (RCM) with a deep understanding of Hospital Billing, AR follow-up, and denials to join our team in Hyderabad.
Key requirements:
- Total Experience of 21 years and above in Revenue Cycle Management
- Minimum 15 years in a leadership role
- Minimum 15 years in AR follow up and denials
- Strong background in RCM Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS applications
- Exp in Hospital Billing
- Ability to train and conduct workshops
- Lead the planning and implementation of the project. Define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Provide direction and support to the team
- Generate business impacts through process improvements.
- Consistently improving financial results, operational effectiveness and meeting set goals and objectives.
- Manage portfolio of improvement projects for the vertical Lead the capability building of the Operations team
