Job Purpose: Develop, plan and implement all BTL marketing campaigns in the assigned region in order to deliver against the set annual marketing objectives set by the National BTL ManagerPrimary Job Responsibilities

• Enhance Brand Visibility Merchandising - In-shop Visuals / POS Collaterals / Shop Signage / Road Shows / Exhibitions / Engagement Activation Programs
• Marketing Budget Planning & Optimization and Vendor Management
• New Vendor Development & Management
• Competition Tracking (POP, BTL Activities, Schemes), POP Stock Report, POP Dispatch
• Daily Visit Report
• Coordinate & Support other Sales Team in BTL Activities
• Effetivey Train Sales team

• Responsible for Conceptualizing, Planning and managing Regional BTL Campaigns to promote our products,
• Will work with cross functions (Sales, Product & Brand teams) to ensure the on ground success of marketing campaigns
• Identify and create partnerships with different organizations to create new channels for marketing.
• Will also work hand-in-hand with our various internal operations, sales, finance, and back-end support teams
• In Future he/she Will have to recruit, train and motivate the ground team to achieve their goals with the desired efficiency.
• Will have to work with agency partners (BTL, Events, Travel Partners) on a pan India basis to identify the required resources for the campaigns or Events. Maintaining the relationship with the BTL companies is a must
• Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing activities, expenditures, or return-on-investment in his area of operation
• Identify, develop, and evaluate BTL,Activation & other marketing initiatives strategies, based on brand objectives and market characteristics for the assigned region
• Build strong consumer relationships, collect product and brand feedback and proactively address all trade consumer needs.
• Accountable for preparing and arranging Brand Launch BTL plans & their execution at a regional level.
• Control events including preparation and performing Events & Exhibitions

Desired Candidate Profile

• Preferably degree in Marketing with a minimum of 3-5years of prior work experience in Trade /BTL marketing.
• Should be able to handle Regional BTL budgets. Knowledge of trade business and basic marketing principles should be equipped in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership abilities and coordination of people
• He/she should be able to plan and implement, analyse, communicate, train & mentor TSIs.
• Applying logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to the problems
• Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically
• Strong hold on the knowledge of excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, an outgoing and enthusiastic personality
• Strong work ethic and discipline
• Candidates with command over local languages will be an added advantage.
