- This role involves driving the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, while building lasting client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT Directors).
- Understand client business needs and present customized Microsoft solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals and conduct product demos.
- Deliver value-driven presentations to potential clients.
- Manage sales negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Visit clients as required to facilitate deal closures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, Microsoft product advancements, and competitor activities.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within IT solutions or Microsoft technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products such as Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus
