Requirement For Head HR

1. Role- Head HR & Admin.
2. Designation - DGM/AGM.
3. Age parameter must be between 40 to 50 years.
4. Minimum 18 - 20 years of experience in Core HR Functions. Out of which should have worked in managerial position for at least 10 years.
5. Must be MBA/PGDM qualified - 2 years Regular course in Human Resource.
6. Industrial Relations (IR) expertise preferable.
7. Atleast should have handled 1000 employees.
8. Job Location - Cuttack

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Execution of Performance Management System for entire Organization.
2. Leadership development and Succession planning
3. Change Management - Making business interventions in all functions for expansion of the current business and potentials
4. Organization re-structuring and conducting the manpower planning and gap identifications
5. Channelizing the gaps to onboarding the talents
6. Through in Pay Grade Structuring and its time to time changes
7. Delivering the Talent acquisition as per the TAT
8. Learning & Development Curriculum Design & Training Calendar fixation and execution. Post training evaluation and ROI of the training
9. Statutory Compliance & Disaster Management
10. Experience in SAP handling (minimum 2 years)
11. Strategic Planning & Implementation
12. Through in Labour Laws and Compliances
13. Corporate affairs and business communication
