Country Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the country-specific sales strategy for hot runner systems in alignment with global sales targets and regional business objectives.
• Identify and target key accounts and prospects in the plastic molding and manufacturing industries, focusing on increasing sales of hot runner products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt and refine the sales strategy.
• Provide expert advice on product selection, integration, and usage of hot runner systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 5+ years of experience in sales, with a Strong understanding of industrial products, preferably hot runner systems, injection molding, or related technologies.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, particularly plastic molding, and hot runner systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex product systems to clients.
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Willingness to travel within the country and internationally
