JOB DESCRIPTION

The Solution Architect & Program Manager role involves creation of learning solutions for the BFSI and FinTech industry. This will be based on 2 modes

1. Based on client requirement - Interface with client to understand the training need and design solutions in discussion with SMEs. Present designed solutions for client signoff

2. Based on market understanding - Understand industry changes and skill gaps to design programs for immediate and future needs of the customers

The role demands thorough understanding of the industry, trends, ability to forge rapport with client representatives, clear communication skills, questioning skills. It is essential that he/she is able to get a clear understanding of the client- s training/education needs, as Solutions Architect & Program Manager, he/she needs to map out the parts that will constitute the training solution and how they are going to work together. This role will need a solid understanding of the Fintech Industry, a good comprehension of BFSI domain and Training practices. This person should have a strong understanding of both B2B as well as B2C approach towards learner acquisition. The solutions architect should be able guide SMEs on content development and delivery.

A. Key Accountabilities, Performance Areas:

The candidate will be responsible for

1. Client interaction and identification of training gaps

2. Development of solutions/programs in discussion with Internal and adjunct SMEs

3. Identifying delivery cost and building Solution/program P&L

4. Discussion and finalizing solution/program with client

5. Briefing and enabling Delivery team on client expectations, acquiring client specific content

6. Ensuring client and SMEs are on the same level of understanding

7. Developing new programs and solutions based on market understanding

8. End to end delivery management of the assigned programs - Identifying SMEs for content development and delivery

9. Negotiating commercials, PR and other finance related formalities

10. Identifying and enabling technology requirements for program delivery

11. Monitoring delivery and outcomes

12. Ensuring client briefing for programs delivered - Feedback, attendance, test scores etc

13. Continuous client engagement for deepening relationship

B. Key Success Factors of the Job

a. Design and sell winning solutions that exceed client expectations

b. Understand winning propositions that will help us scale our engagement within the account

c. Benchmark and differentiate with competition

d. Bring out the USP and value add through customer pitches and presentations

e. Ability to articulate value effectively to various levels of customer stakeholders.

e. Change in schedules disrupting faculty availability

D. Education and Experience

a. Necessary Qualification / Skill / Certification - Post Graduate degree

b. Optional Qualification / Skill / Certification - PhD, Industry specific certifications

c. Necessary Experience and Exposure - Prior work experience in Banking handling various functions and L&D. Must have delivered sessions
