Site Engineer- Senior Executive

Role & responsibilities :

Market Research:

• Perform market research to identify new properties and locations for company expansion.
• Provide recommendations to the top management based on findings to support strategic decisions.

Project Support:

• Assist the Manager - Projects in overseeing and managing project execution both on-site and off-site.
• Ensure proper documentation, scheduling, and planning of all activities related to the project lifecycle.

Timeline Management:

• Monitor and follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure projects are completed within the stipulated timelines.
• Address any delays or issues that may arise and provide solutions to ensure timely project completion.

Travel & Site Supervision:

• Travel across India for site visits to manage and supervise ongoing projects.
• Inspect sites regularly to ensure compliance with quality, safety standards, and project timelines.

Market Research Assistance:

• Support the Market Research team in identifying suitable areas for the companys growth.
• Collect relevant data and contribute to the analysis for potential new projects and investments.

Preferred candidate profile :

. B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from a recognized university.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling construction or civil engineering projects.
• Experience in site management and vendor coordination.

• Willingness to travel PAN India for project supervision.
• Proactive, results-driven attitude with a strong focus on completing tasks within deadlines.
• Ability to manage both off-site and on-site activities effectively.
