Marketing Executive

Experience: 2+ years in marketing, branding, or digital strategy

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage Okno Modhomes Instagram and other social media channels to boost engagement.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and promotional
material.
- Plan and oversee content calendars, including reels, carousels, and stories.
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Work on PR initiatives, collaborations, and influencer marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
- Experience in real estate, luxury brands, or architecture-related marketing is a plus.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
