Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle the customer complaints.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Manage the Sales order of customers.
• Coordinate with customers.
• Make communication bridge between company and customer.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Good in communication (Writing and Speaking) in English.
• Good in Co-ordination, Convincing ability, good in working on computer.
• Good personality.
