  • Job Overview. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team at Buildout Retail Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of work experience and possess the skills necessary to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Qualifications And Skills. Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities (Mandatory skill) to address customer issues swiftly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of product/service offerings (Mandatory skill) to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Empathy towards customers with a focus on understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Patience in dealing with difficult situations, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Ability to multitask, managing multiple customer queries without compromising on quality.
  • Attention to detail in ensuring accurate information is provided to customers and recorded for future reference.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Roles And Responsibilities. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and offer personalized solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution of issues and maintain customer records of interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to offer informed advice to customers.
  • Knowledge of Excel
