Job Overview. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team at Buildout Retail Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of work experience and possess the skills necessary to provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications And Skills. Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

Problem-solving abilities (Mandatory skill) to address customer issues swiftly and efficiently.

Knowledge of product/service offerings (Mandatory skill) to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.

Empathy towards customers with a focus on understanding their needs and concerns.

Patience in dealing with difficult situations, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Ability to multitask, managing multiple customer queries without compromising on quality.

Attention to detail in ensuring accurate information is provided to customers and recorded for future reference.

Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Roles And Responsibilities. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and care instructions.

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and offer personalized solutions.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Follow up to ensure resolution of issues and maintain customer records of interactions.

Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately.

Stay updated on product knowledge to offer informed advice to customers.

Knowledge of Excel
