  • Job Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team at Buildout Retail Pvt Ltd

    This is a full-time, mid-level position located in New Delhi

    The ideal candidate will have up to 6 years of work experience and possess the skills necessary to provide excellent customer service and support.

  • Ability to multitask, managing multiple customer queries without compromising on quality.
  • Attention to detail in ensuring accurate information is provided to customers and recorded for future reference.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Roles And Responsibilities

    Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and offer personalized solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution of issues and maintain customer records of interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to offer informed advice to customers.
