Back Office Associate - International Voice Process - 2nd Shift

Role & responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to insurance underwriters in the USA, UK and Canada following Standard Operating Procedure documents
• Reaching daily goals as assigned
• Obtaining and processing information properly and in a timely manner
• Analyzing, interpreting, and processing information relevant to insurance
• Inputting relevant data and issuing insurance-related documentation
• Assist in training new team members
• Communicate with the insurance underwriters in a written form or via calls on if needed basis

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in a BPO field is a plus
• Excellent communication Skills in the English language (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Clear and neutral pronunciation
• Highly skilled in both written and spoken communication
• Working knowledge in the use of current Windows Operating System, Office Package, and Google Drive Apps
• Good team-working skills with the ability to work independently when necessary
• Analytical, problem-solving skills, and meticulous task approach
• Monitoring skills
• Prepared to learn firsthand skills, new innovations, and modern technologies
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Ability to adapt to continuously changing procedures and environment
• Working schedule - Monday to Friday 6 PM - 2 AM
• Work Location - Gachibowli (work from office)
