Job Description

Project Planning and Execution:
Monitor ongoing projects progress against established plans, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and deliverables by supporting the operation team on ground.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies for multiple O&M projects simultaneously.
Lead cross-functional teams across various disciplines including maintenance technicians, engineers, and contractors to execute projects efficiently and safely.
Budget and Cost Control:
Track project expenditures, identify cost variances, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects stay within budget parameters.
Conduct regular budget reviews with stakeholders to address any potential cost overruns and propose necessary adjustments
Safety and Compliance:
Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing all safety protocols and procedures on project sites.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, environmental standards, and company safety policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for project teams.
Stakeholder Management:
Establish clear communication channels with key stakeholders including operations teams, engineering departments, regulatory agencies, and senior management.
Proactively address concerns, provide regular project updates, and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Develop or adhere to implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Generate detailed project reports, including progress updates, budget status, and critical issues, to inform decision-making.
Technical Expertise:
Possess knowledge of oil and gas operations, maintenance practices and equipment reliability principles.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to optimize O&M activities.
