We have two positions open in the Sales, Marketing & Billing operations

(1) Executive- Sales & Marketing (Exp. 1 to 2 years)

(2) Sr. Executive- Sales & Marketing (3 to 5 years)

Education:

Any Graduate, preferably having a specialization in Marketing

Job description:

Objectives & Job Summary:

• To meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping Company competitive and innovative
• Responsible for maximising sales potential, crafting sales plans & justifying them to management of the Company
• To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales enquiries
• To administer the preparation of quotes
• To create and implement a Sales & PR strategy
• To identify and co-ordinate market information on behalf of OHTFC
• To produce appropriate marketing collateral as required for sales
• To produce appropriate PR collateral as required for sales

Other responsibilities:

• Develop & Plan despatch details for a week in advance
• Responsible for completing the process of invoicing
• Fulfill Customer's urgent requirements though the same is out of schedules
• Update Customer's on their daily dispatches
• Co-ordination with transport vendors
• Follow-up on Price Increment due to increase in rates of raw materials. Further ensure on raising supplementary invoices with retrospective effect of rates increased on raw materials.
• Update Part Code Sheet regularly as and when new Customer addition or addition of product or change in product / drawings
• Update Sales Graph periodically i.e. on monthly basis or as and when reviewed.
• Attending phone calls on behalf of Organisation
• Stock Maintenance
• MIS on maintaining sales order of Customers
• Monthly review for goods received note from Customers
• Maintaining Invoice wise LR receipts
• Ensure all despatch related documents are collected & submitted at main gate
• Proper maintenance of all book keeping & invoices etc.
• May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency.
• Perform related duties as assigned by reporting authority
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
