The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of converting leads into successful project closures, managing client relationships, and ensuring project success from start to finish.
Lead Closure: Proactively follow up with leads, manage communications, and convert potential opportunities into finalized projects.
Freelance Platform Expertise: Utilize platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru to source, bid on, and secure freelance projects across various domains.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients directly, understanding their project requirements, providing timely updates, negotiating project terms, and ensuring client satisfaction at all stages.
Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to strategically approach clients and leads.
Proposal Writing & Pitching: Create compelling proposals and pitches to win projects, highlighting key skills, experience, and a tailored approach to solving client problems.
Negotiation: Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and payment terms while ensuring the company s best interests.
Reporting & Tracking: Maintain a robust system for tracking lead conversions, project progress, and client feedback.
