- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills .
- Experience with freelancing platforms algorithms, rankings, and gig optimization .
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus .
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales funnels .
