Job Description
Follow instruction given by shift in charge to meet as per daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Ensure slitting machines Capacity Utilization at optimum level daily.
Wastage Target within the prescribed limit including trim
Maintaining the machines and Systems at a regular interval as per norms.
Lot Rejection adherence to the acceptable Limits.
Standardization of Process.
Maintaining Modules and system at regular intervals as per company norms.
Follow instructions Given by shift in charge for smooth functioning of machines.
Responsible for maintaining overall documentation part related to slitting, Doctrine& Packing when needed.
Maintaining 5s near working area.
*Diploma with 5 - 10 Years of experience
