- Responsible for preparation of monthly / quarterly rolling plan to Evaluate fixtures and tooling best suitable and required for machining activities.
- Create and Monitor database for Fixtures and Tooling for all machines in CAM software including modelling of Fixtures and special Tooling.
- Improvise productivity and bring continuous improvement in Production activities for CNC machines
- Responsible for 3D CAD Modelling CAM Programming activities using UG NX NX CAM software respectively.
- Manage Tool Crib new tool procurement.
- Follow up for the On-time delivery of materials with the vendors.
