RAR Engineering is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative R&D team. As a Mechanical Engineer at RAR Engineering, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge products and solutions in various fields, including mathematical modeling and simulation, CAD designing, product development, precision turn-mill CNC components, 3D printing, laser engraving, metal casting, carbon fiber components, and engineering fabrication. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the advancement of mechanical engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Mathematical Modeling and Simulation: Develop mathematical models, conduct simulations, and analyze results to optimize product designs and performance.
CAD Designing: Utilize CAD software to create detailed and accurate designs for components and products, ensuring they meet engineering specifications.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative product concepts to life, from ideation to production.
Precision Turn-Mill CNC Components: Design, program, and oversee the manufacturing of precision components using CNC machinery.
3D Printing: Manage and optimize 3D printing processes for prototyping and production of mechanical parts.
Laser Engraving: Utilize laser engraving technology to add precision markings and designs to components and products.
Metal Casting: Participate in the design and development of metal casting processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Carbon Fiber Components: Work on projects involving carbon fiber materials and composites for lightweight and high-strength applications.
Engineering Fabrication: Contribute to the fabrication of various mechanical components and assemblies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong proficiency in CAD software Fusion360, SiemensNx or SolidEdge.
Experience with mathematical modeling, simulation, and data analysis.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including CNC machining and 3D printing.
Familiarity with laser engraving and metal casting is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
