Job Description
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the company's
office interior needs, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, and
design materials.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, negotiating favorable
terms and agreements to ensure cost-effective and high-quality
procurement.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers,
designers, and architects, to understand project requirements and
align sourcing activities with project timelines.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry
trends, pricing, and product innovations, ensuring a competitive
edge in sourcing activities.
Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contracts, fostering
strong partnerships and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality
products and services.
Job Description
Handle the procurement process, from requisition to delivery,
ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders while maintaining
compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing processes, cost
optimization, and sustainability efforts within the office interiors
supply chain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product
development, value engineering, and innovation in office interior
solutions.
Required Skills
& Background
UG/PG from a reputed institute.
Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
management, preferably within the office interiors industry or
related fields for 5 or 5+ years of experience.
Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving cost
savings and favorable supplier agreements.
Excellent understanding of procurement best practices, market
dynamics, and supplier management.
Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft
Office suite.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills,
with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with
external partners.
