Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of leading projects and teams. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable software solutions while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- System Design : Lead the architecture and design of scalable and robust software solutions that meet business requirements.

- Development : Actively participate in hands-on coding, code reviews, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Project Management : Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; track progress and address any issues that arise.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Python

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
