Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions and enhance application functionality.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Develop and implement new features and functionalities in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design efficient solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in applications.

Conduct regular code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications.

Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation and customization.

Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud data migration and integration.

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security and compliance standards.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

This position is based at our Noida office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
