Role & responsibilities

• Source and attract IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and manage a robust candidate database.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide insights on market trends.
• Manage pre-onboarding and post onboarding formalities, documentations, & other HR ops responsibility.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in Recruitment and HR operations

Comfortable to work from office

Shift: Mon - Fri (11:00 am to 8:00 pm IST)
