Odiware Technologies - JDE Technical Consultant - EnterpriseOne Architecture (7-10 yrs)

Any Project specific Prerequisite skills :

- Have strong JDE Background and good understanding of the JDE Technical Experience of systems architecture development partitioning of functionality among applications and components and application interfaces interoperability concerns

- Experience of software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development

- Awareness of systems management and operational support tools Security and or infrastructure experience would also be a significant benefit

- Candidate would be responsible for validation of testing completed in implementation life cycle of JD Edwards Troubleshoot development issues and recommend solutions

- Perform unit tests to verify the application functionality against the requirements design specification

- Provide recommendations for system improvements whenever required Must be able to analyse risk mitigation during the systems improvements

- Issue analysis and bug fixing debugging and troubleshooting the Standard Programs in JDE which involves NERs C BFNs etc Train customer internal JD Edwards technical team on technical aspects

- Good Understanding of Integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services Orchestrator

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JD Edwards Technical Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful implementation and maintenance of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of JD Edwards systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Expertise :

- Possess strong foundational knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne architecture, including its components, modules, and functionalities.

- Deep understanding of JDE Technical Experience, encompassing systems architecture development, partitioning of functionality, application interfaces, and interoperability concerns.

- Proficient in software development methodologies and structured approaches to system development.

- Familiarity with systems management and operational support tools.

- Implementation & Support : Validate testing completed throughout the JD Edwards implementation lifecycle.

- Troubleshoot development issues and recommend effective solutions.

- Conduct unit tests to verify application functionality against requirements and design specifications.

- Analyze risks and recommend mitigation strategies during system improvements.

Maintenance & Support :

- Perform issue analysis, bug fixing, debugging, and troubleshooting of standard JD Edwards programs, including NERs, C BFNs, etc.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for JD Edwards systems.

Training & Knowledge Transfer : Train customer internal JD Edwards technical teams on technical aspects of the system. Share knowledge and best practices within the team.

Integration : Demonstrate a strong understanding of integrating JD Edwards with external systems using Business Services Orchestrator.

Strong JDE Background : Proven experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including a deep understanding of its architecture, modules, and functionalities.

Technical Expertise : Solid foundation in software development methodologies, systems architecture, and integration technologies.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Experience with security and/or infrastructure management within a JD Edwards environment.
