Graduate Engineer Trainee

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and report issues to management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support the project manager in risk assessment and mitigation strategies

Preferred candidate profile :

• We are looking for 2023 & 2024 batch pass out candidates with Strong academic record & Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project is a plus).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
