- Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates.

- Send job offers and respond to candidate queries on compensation and benefits.

- Track HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and sources of hire.

- Partner with managers to forecast and plan future hiring needs.
