Salesforce/nCino Developer - Apex/Visual Force (4-7 yrs)

We are looking for a talented nCino Developer with a total of 4years of experience, including 3 years in Salesforce development and at least 1 year specifically on the nCino platform.

You will design, develop, and implement applications on the nCino platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance existing systems and create new features that improve efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize applications on the nCino platform.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design and implement new features and functionalities based on user feedback and business needs.

- Maintain and optimize existing nCino applications for performance and scalability.

- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in application development.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for nCino applications.

- Stay updated with nCino releases and industry trends to leverage new capabilities.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

- Total of 4 years of experience in software development.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).

- At least 1 year of experience developing applications on the nCino platform.

- Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- nCino certification is a plus.

- Experience with integration tools and APIs.

- Knowledge of database management (SQL, SOQL).
