Salesforce Conga Developer - Apex/Visual Force (4-6 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce & Conga CLM Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and continuously improving our client's online platform. You will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce and Conga CLM to research, suggest, and implement innovative technology solutions, ensuring the platform's resilience and availability. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment, driving the success of our client's digital initiatives.

Responsibilities :

Platform Design and Development :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce and Conga CLM solutions.

- Design, build, and implement custom Salesforce applications, configurations, and integrations.

- Develop and maintain Conga CLM solutions, including templates, workflows, and integrations.

- Ensure the platform's scalability, performance, and security.

- Implement and maintain automated testing and deployment processes.

Technology Research and Implementation :

- Research and evaluate new Salesforce and Conga CLM features, technologies, and best practices.

- Propose and implement innovative solutions to optimize platform functionality and efficiency.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud-based technologies.

- Adhere to established development standards and best practices.

Platform Resiliency and Availability :

- Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Ensure high availability and reliability of the platform.

- Proactively monitor and implement solutions for security vulnerabilities.

Team Collaboration :

- Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Assist in mentoring junior team members.

- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements :

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce functional and/or development roles.

- Minimum 2+ years of strong experience with Conga CLM, including template creation, workflow

configuration, and integration.

- Experience with Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and capabilities.

- Proficient in Conga CLM configuration and customization.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
