SAP Consultant - CRM/BRIM Modules (8-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP BRIM projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and successful implementation.

- Oversee the integration of SAP CRM with SAP BRIM modules, including Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Subscription Order Management (SOM).

- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on SAP BRIM functionalities, ensuring optimal usage and meeting business requirements.

- Analyze business processes related to billing, revenue management, and customer relationships to suggest improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

- Develop and configure SAP BRIM modules, including SAP Convergent Charging, SAP Convergent Invoicing, and SAP Subscription Order Management, to ensure seamless billing and invoicing.

- Ensure proper integration of SAP CRM with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) for comprehensive solution delivery.

- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment of SAP BRIM solutions with client business needs.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client proficiency in SAP BRIM and CRM functionalities.

- Continuously assess market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve system performance.

- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance standards, and client expectations throughout project phases.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Minimum 8 years of overall experience in SAP CRM, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BRIM (Mandatory).

- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM processes and functionalities.

- Expertise in SAP BRIM modules such as Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and Subscription Order Management (SOM).

- Proficiency in integrating SAP CRM with other SAP modules (i.e. SAP FI-CA, SAP SD) and third-party systems.

- In-depth understanding of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and its capabilities for billing, invoicing, and revenue management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose and implement improvements to client systems.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance to clients.

- Proven ability to manage and lead projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP CRM integration and managing customer interactions and relationships.

- Familiarity with SAP integration techniques and system interoperability.

- Certification in SAP CRM or BRIM modules is a plus
