Product Owner/Data Analyst (4-8 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner/Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both product management and data analysis, with proven experience in driving product development and making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and product roadmaps.

- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to guide product development strategies.

- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for product optimization.

- Develop and maintain product metrics to track performance and success post-launch.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular product updates.

- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, feasibility, and customer needs.

- Conduct A/B testing, user surveys, and other research methods to validate product hypotheses.

- Support the team in agile development processes, ensuring timely and quality delivery of product features.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of experience in product management, data analysis, or related fields.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

- Experience working in an agile environment, with a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban.

- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for product strategy.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of product lifecycle and experience in defining and delivering digital products.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with product management software (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

- Background in a tech or data-driven company.

- Familiarity with customer segmentation, user journey mapping, and performance tracking.
