Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and Strong Technical Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, AI, cloud migration, and managed services projects for government clients. Additionally, the candidate will have experience supporting proposals, preparing presentations, and addressing customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end to end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and timelines.
• Oversee managed services projects focused on data analytics, AI, and cloud migration for government clients.
• Support the proposal process by contributing technical expertise and preparing presentations and addressing customer queries.
• Address and resolve customer queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Overall 10+ experience and minimum of 7 years of experience in technical delivery management, with a focus on data analytics, AI, and cloud migration.
• Proven experience in managing managed services projects for government clients.
• Strong understanding of proposal development and customer presentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of high customer satisfaction
