CRE- Project Coordinator ( Modular Kitchens and Wardrobes)

Oasis Studio, a leading manufacturer of modular kitchens and wardrobes, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage project coordination and customer complaint resolution ( after sales) The ideal candidate should have a background in interior design and will serve as the link between clients, design teams, and project execution, ensuring smooth and timely completion of projects.

Role & responsibilities

1. Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
   
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements and preferences and communicate them effectively to the design and execution teams.
• Address client queries and provide updates on project progress regularly.
2. Project Coordination:
   
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and installation) to ensure timely delivery and installation of modular kitchens and wardrobes.
• Oversee the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
• Arrange and participate in site visits to gather measurements and monitor on-site progress.
3. Documentation & Communication:
   
• Maintain detailed project records, including drawings, approvals, and communication history.
• Prepare and share project schedules and status reports with clients and internal teams.
4. Problem Solving:
   
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalating them to management when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors or contractors if required to ensure smooth execution.
5. Design Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with the design team to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into layouts and designs.
• Provide input on design feasibility based on site conditions and client preferences.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background:
  
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Experience:
  
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the modular kitchen, wardrobe, or interior design industry.
• Skills:
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe components and materials is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  
• Ability to manage client expectations and build lasting relationships.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure during project deadlines.
