Job Title: Oracle EPM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle EPM suite of applications, including Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), Profitability and Cost Management (PCM), and/or Enterprise Data Management (EDM). You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation:

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EPM solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Design and configure Oracle EPM applications, including Planning, FCC, PCM, and EDM, to meet client business requirements.
• Develop and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform data integration and migration activities.

Client Interaction & Requirements Gathering:

• Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices for Oracle EPM implementation and usage.
• Manage client expectations and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Technical Expertise & Support:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EPM applications.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices.
• Perform performance tuning of EPM applications.

Project Management & Collaboration:

• Participate in project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with other team members, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to clients and internal team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM applications.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EPM suite, including Planning, FCC, PCM, and/or EDM.
• Experience with calculation scripts (Calc Manager, Essbase), business rules, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in data integration and migration techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client-facing skills and experience.
• Oracle EPM certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud based EPM solutions is a plus.
