Job Overview

Ridhira Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) for our Real Estate division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives in large-scale real estate projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of our real estate projects, from planning and development to sales and management, ensuring alignment with the companys vision and goals.


Role & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision of creating wellness-centric real estate communities.

Drive the expansion of Ridhira Group's real estate portfolio, ensuring scalability and profitability.

Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and make high-level decisions regarding the company's direction and growth.


Operational Management:

Oversee all aspects of real estate operations, including land acquisition, project development, construction, sales, and property management.

Implement best practices in project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, government agencies, and investors.


Financial Oversight:

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for all real estate projects.

Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and ensure optimal resource allocation.

Drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer experience enhancements.


Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure the teams long-term success.

Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company objectives.


Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including zoning laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges and uncertainties in the real estate market.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.

MBA or advanced degree in a related field is highly preferred.


Experience:

15+ years of experience in the real estate industry, with a significant portion in leadership roles at top real estate companies.

Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex real estate projects from inception to completion.

Strong track record of driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and strategic initiatives in a high-growth environment.

Deep understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.


Skills:

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and impact.

Proficiency in project management, financial analysis, and risk management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
