Role & responsibilities
- Install,upgrade,support and troubleshoot windows 7, 8 and windows 10 and microsoft office 2016, and any other authorized desktop applications.
- Installation and configuration of company applications.
- Installation of antivirus software and live updating virus definition.
- Remote support for client through Ms teams and Teamviewer, logmein
- Configuration of new user profile, ip address and lan, wan services.
- Local and network printer installation,configuration and sharing.
- Solve internet related problems
- Troubleshooting, installing and configuring mail clients like ms- outlook.
- Handled linux Operating System
- Installed operating systems such as Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11.
- Configured and installed hardware components such as PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
- Diagnosed hardware and software problems, performed troubleshooting steps to resolve issues.
