Executive /Sr. Executive - Central Resource

Job Title: Executive /Sr. Executive - Central Resource (Onboarding in SuccessFactors)
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with specific expertise in the Onboarding module.
Job Purpose:
The Central Resource for Onboarding will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding of new employees in SuccessFactors by coordinating with HRBPs and managing data accuracy in the system. This role will ensure timely and accurate updates in the system while collaborating with stakeholders to streamline the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Coordination:
o Collaborate with HRBPs to finalize the Date of Joining (DOJ), offer approvals, and candidate validation.
o Move candidates to the onboarding stage in SuccessFactors post-approval.
System Updates & Data Management:
o Maintain and update new hire records in SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy in key details such as address, phone number, email ID, work schedule, holiday calendar, and probation status.
o Provide and manage personal data with edit access for necessary updates.
o Ensure correctness of employment details, including UAN, PAN, Aadhaar, job relationship, designation, and location.
Data Integrity & Compliance:
o Validate all entries for consistency with HRBPs' maintained hard copies, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
o Maintain high accuracy in SuccessFactors updates to avoid discrepancies in HR records.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
o Identify areas for streamlining onboarding workflows and enhance efficiency in SuccessFactors usage.
o Generate reports on onboarding metrics and data accuracy to support HR and business decisions.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Onboarding module.
Experience in HR systems and data management with attention to accuracy.
Proficiency in handling employment and personal data securely.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and drive process efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (preferred).
