Junior Graphic Designer

1. Product Label & Packaging Design

• Design eye-catching and regulatory-compliant product labels and packaging that align with the brands aesthetics.
• Work with product and printing teams to finalize packaging designs with accurate dimensions, typography, and color schemes.
• Optimize packaging designs for print production, ensuring proper bleed, color profiles, and resolution.

2. Website Graphics & UI Elements

• Design website banners, homepage graphics, promotional visuals, and product display assets.
• Work alongside developers and content teams to ensure aesthetic consistency and a seamless user experience.
• Optimize images for faster website loading speed and mobile responsiveness.

3. Social Media & Digital Marketing Designs

• Create engaging social media posts, carousels, story templates, and promotional banners for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Design paid ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display Ads, and influencer campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media content.

4. eCommerce & Product Display Optimization

• Develop Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify-ready product images, including infographics, lifestyle shots, and comparison charts.
• Design A+ Content layouts for product listings to enhance customer engagement.
• Create promotional discount banners, call-to-action graphics, and sales tags for eCommerce platforms.

5. Brochures, Catalogs & Print Media

• Design company brochures, product catalogs, flyers, and posters for offline marketing and promotional events.
• Maintain print-ready formats with proper resolution, color calibration, and typography alignment.
• Collaborate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality print production.

6. 3D Product Visualization & Rendering (Blender)

• Use Blender to create 3D product mockups and renders for marketing and packaging previews.
• Develop 360-degree product visualizations to enhance customer experience in eCommerce.
• Work on motion graphics or simple 3D animations for promotional videos (preferred but not mandatory).

7. Branding & Visual Identity

• Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines to ensure design consistency.
• Develop reusable templates, icon sets, and design assets for future projects.
• Stay updated on latest design trends and industry standards to improve visual aesthetics.

8. Workflow & Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing, social media, and content teams to deliver high-quality visuals on time.
• Receive and incorporate feedback from senior designers and managers to enhance creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
