Key Responsibilities:

Content Writing & Creation

• Write engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs, product pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.
• Create compelling product descriptions, website copy, and brand storytelling materials.
• Research and develop long-form and short-form content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain quality, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.

Brand Identity & Content Strategy

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content formats.
• Ensure product labels, website content, and social media reflect brand positioning and tone.
• Work closely with designers, social media teams, and marketing teams to align visual and written content.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to integrate keyword strategies, metadata, and internal linking for improved search rankings.
• Monitor content consistency across labels, product descriptions, and digital assets to maintain compliance with brand guidelines.
• Create and execute a structured monthly content calendar, incorporating seasonal promotions, product launches, and campaign timelines.

Multi-Brand Content Management & Time Optimization

• Prioritize and manage content production across multiple brands simultaneously.
• Use content planning tools to organize tasks, track deadlines, and optimize workflow.
• Manage high-pressure situations effectively when handling multiple deliverables.

Content Production & Workflow Management

• Ensure all content (written and visual) is on schedule and aligns with brand goals.
• Track progress and performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to maintain workflow efficiency.

Team Collaboration & Task Delegation

• Work closely with graphic designers, SEO teams, and marketing professionals to produce high-quality content.
• Ensure that team members adhere to content guidelines and deadlines.
• Successfully delegate tasks while ensuring timely and high-quality content execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Ensure seamless communication between content, social media, marketing, and product development teams.
• Maintain clear, structured content strategies that align with business and marketing objectives.

Content Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Develop content strategies for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and campaign execution.
• Oversee content distribution across social media, email marketing, and paid advertising channels.

AI & Automation in Content Management

• Leverage AI tools for content research, writing assistance, and automation.
