Senior Product Manager [7+ yrs of experience]

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced senior-level product manager with a strong track record, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills? If so, join our dynamic team at Nutanix and lead initiatives related to driving adoption and consumption across our products and services.

In this role, you will help identify key use cases, research unmet customer needs, and drive a compelling strategy and roadmap to develop in-product intelligent recommendations, professional services offerings, and go-to-market systems/tools that help drive product usage and deliver superior customer experience.

About the Team

This role will report to the Group Product Manager, who leads a talented and diverse team focused on driving adoption and consumption across Nutanix products and professional services.

Your Role

• Define and drive strategy and roadmap for adoption-related initiatives across product and professional services
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and engage with product PMs, customer success, and professional services teams to gather feedback and translate it into prioritized requirements to improve adoption and services
• Drive product adoption and services aligned to focus areas such as Private & Hybrid Multicloud, Cloud Native, Databases, Modern Applications, and Enterprise AI
• Collaborate with marketing and enablement teams to develop a clear messaging and enablement strategy to enable customer success and professional services teams
• Collaborate with product teams to drive customer outcomes with services, and partner with services consulting, practice, and delivery teams to drive continuous improvements

What You Will Bring

• B. E/M. Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of product management experience preferably in improving product adoption, telemetry, and professional services
• Domain experience in hybrid cloud, enterprise infrastructure, and data center transformation
• Proficient in writing PRDs, prioritizing requirements, developing strategy, and roadmap, and managing complex initiatives
• Ability to be self-motivated towards the achievement and measurement of established goals
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
