Production Manager - Plastics Extrusion Company

The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the plastics extrusion department, ensuring efficient production processes, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in plastics extrusion, particularly to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

• Manage and coordinate daily production activities to meet organizational goals and customer requirements.
• Ensure optimal utilization of equipment and personnel to achieve production targets.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.

Team Leadership:
