HR Consultant

Client Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their HR-related needs and queries.
  
• Provide consultation and training to clients on Zoho HRMS, ensuring seamless implementation and usage.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Zoho HRMS Expertise:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Zoho HRMS modules and functionalities.
  
• Assist clients in customizing Zoho HRMS to meet their organizational requirements.
  
• Conduct product demos, training sessions, and troubleshoot client issues related to Zoho HRMS.

Payroll and Compliance:

• Support clients in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  
• Address payroll-related concerns and provide guidance on Zoho HRMS payroll functionalities.

HR Operations and Advisory:

• Provide expert advice on HR policies, employee engagement strategies, and best practices.
  
• Assist clients with performance management, employee development, and other HR-related tasks.

Training and Development:

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients HR teams on Zoho HRMS and other HR processes.
  
• Share insights on improving HR operations and leveraging technology for efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
  
• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
  
• Proficiency in Zoho HRMS and a strong understanding of its functionalities.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  
• Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
