4. Job Summary:

The Content and Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content across various digital platforms. This role involves content creation, managing social media channels, research on industry trends and working closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

5.Qualifications and Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Proven experience as a content creator, social media executive, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative idea
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation and social media tools
• Can post independently on all social media platforms
• Should have a knack for writing and should be creative
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
• A fast learner, who can work in strict deadlines

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

Content Creation and Management:

• Develop and produce engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, brochures, presentations and other digital channels.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant topics into content strategy.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and oversee daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring content.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay current with best practices.

Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and share findings with the team.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine content and social media strategies

Community Engagement

• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates.
• Encourage user-generated content and manage collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
